THE IMPORTANT CAUSE WE ARE SUPPORTING
Many people throughout our lives have had the misfortune of a diagnosis of a brain tumor or other cancer. This event demonstrates our continuing support and dedication for these individuals and our sport. Closer to home, Robert Brams, father, lawyer, former coach and wrestler and life-long advocate for the sport of wrestling, including counsel to USA Wrestling in its successful effort to get wrestling back into the Olympics, fully supports the wrestling community’s participation in this event.
Brams is a brain tumor survivor that was operated on and will be treated for life at Johns Hopkins University Medicine.
THE SUPPORT BY OUR NATIONAL AND LOCAL WRESTLING LEADERSHIP
USA Wrestling, the Wrestlers in Business Network, the National Wrestling Coaches Association, Wrestling to Beat the Streets, DC, the DC Wrestling Coalition, the Maryland State Wrestling Association, the Virginia Wrestling Association are all proud supporters of this event.
