For years, individuals in the Virginia Wrestling Community have fought to have the Virginia High School League sanction Women's Wrestling as it's own sport.

Thanks to the hard work of many, the VHSL finally has a proposal in hand and will vote toward the end of September to give Women's Wrestling Emerging Sports Status.

With this proposal making it to a vote to the VHSL executive committee we need your help!!!

Here is how you can help in the fight to Sanction VA Women's Wrestling:

1. Reach out to the athletic director of your daughter/son's high school. Share this proposal with them.

2. Reach out to administrators on your school board and share this proposal with them. You can also ask them to sign the letter in the document below and ask them to endorse our proposal.

3. Reach out to the VHSL executive board and share this proposal and your story.

The time is now and we need as much support as we can get. Please, rally within your community to SANCTION VIRGINIA WOMENS WRESTLING!!!
