Virginia Wrestling Association State Chairman Bill Swink was recently named USA Wrestling's recipient of the President's Award. Each year, USA Wrestling honors an exceptional state association leader with this award, which includes sending the recipient as a member of the U.S. delegation to the World Championships. Swink, the former head wrestling coach at Colonial Forge High School will join the USA delegation at the 2017 World Championships in Paris, France August 21-26.
