“I have seen wrestlers go from State Qualifier to State Champion in one season because they wrestled Freestyle and Greco-Roman all spring and summer. Freestyle and Greco skills cross over with the most important Folkstyle skills. After an off-season of wrestling Freestyle and Greco most wrestlers have much more skill and confidence than before. I have seen Freestyle and Greco change kids wrestling careers and lives.”
